These terms govern access to and use of the ShiftStamp scheduling platform. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to operate within them.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your workspace, including employee records, schedules, and billing details. You agree to use the platform only for lawful workforce scheduling and management purposes.
Subscription access is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Continued use of the platform after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the change.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Accounts found to be using the platform for unlawful purposes, or in violation of these terms, may be suspended or terminated.
Either party may terminate a workspace subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms described in the Refund Policy.
