This policy describes how ShiftStamp collects, uses, and safeguards information submitted to the platform, including employer account details and employee scheduling data.
We collect information you provide directly — such as employee names, contact details, roles, and shift assignments — solely to operate the scheduling features of the platform.
Employee data entered by a workspace administrator is controlled by that administrator. We act as a processor of that data on the administrator's behalf, and do not use it for any purpose outside operating the platform.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting and payment processing.
We use standard technical safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting support@shiftstamp-demo.com.
