These terms govern access to and use of the ShiftStamp scheduling platform. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to operate within them.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your workspace, including employee records, schedules, and billing details.
Subscription access is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. The platform is provided on an as-is basis; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Either party may terminate a workspace subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms described in the Refund Policy.
Privacy policy
This policy describes how ShiftStamp collects, uses, and safeguards information submitted to the platform, including employer account details and employee scheduling data.
We collect information you provide directly — employee names, contact details, roles, and shift assignments — solely to operate the scheduling features of the platform.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting and payment processing.
You may request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting support@shiftstamp-demo.com.
Refund and cancellation policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, including in the case of mid-cycle cancellation.
Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
